Success Stories

Resolve Community Health has been instrumental in helping adults manage the effects of mental health illness. Our PRP team in our Day Program in Lanham, Md and our Mental Health Associates in-house at medical facilities, report positive outcomes among clients that they treat. The following is a brief summary of our client successes.

Skilled Nursing Facilities

Since early 2018, Resolve Community Health has been delivering behavioral health services at a skilled nursing facility in Maryland. Since its launch, our program has proven highly successful for clients receiving treatment from our in-house PRP team.

By the end of 2018, Resolve treated 12 clients who suffered from a variety of mental health disorders. In working with these clients, we helped them better manage the effects of their mental illness by:

• Managing symptoms associated with their mental illness;
• Recognizing and mitigating triggers that lead to dysfunctional behavior;
• Developing coping skills; and
• Enhancing their socialization and communications skills.
