As a social worker or case manager, you know that mental illness, addiction, unusual and unsafe behavior can stand in the way of an individual’s ability to live a normal and balanced life. At Resolve, we know the challenges social workers and case managers face when working with clients who are experiencing mental health challenges. As such, Resolve’s PRP team works closely with social services professionals to provide intervention and mental health support services to individual receiving social services.
Our Mental Health Associates (MHAs) are well versed in working with social services programs and built an impressive body of knowledge in how to work effectively within private and government-sponsored healthcare systems.
Our extensive knowledge of the social services sector enables us to collaborate effectively with social workers and case managers to:
- Provide emergency psychiatric rehabilitation services to clients;
- Enroll clients in a structure group or home and community-based PRP program;
- Evaluate clients and recommend appropriate PRP support service; and
- Assist clients with the eligibility process for receiving PRP services through Medicaid or private insurance.
Our PRP Director and administrative team assist social services professionals and their clients by:
- Managing the administrative aspects of providing PRP services;
- Helping clients navigate the application process to obtain private insurance or government-sponsored benefits; and
- Keeping social, psychiatric and medical teams abreast of the client’s progress through accurate and timely reporting.
